The bath and hand towels were generous sizes but consequently heavy. Absorbency was OK but nothing special. They had a comfortable feel.
We ordered after The Independent Review and, after one wash, they do not come up to expectations on absorbency.

So I bought originally 4.5 tog for the white company thinking you know known brand name and trust, but it was 600 full power and was kinda light. I have previously bought a 2.5 Hungarian goose from scooms, for the summer. The white company doesn’t allow you to return duvets by the way … anyway so I read that scooms has 700 fill power I thought it might be just a bit more weighted which is exactly what I needed. Why all this plays into the review. Well with the light one from TWC, I’d get night sweats, the new one from scooms I got I have had a single night sweat since. So I honestly would always recommend scooms over the TWC & they are cheaper as well

Really lovely comfortable pillow when used in conjuncton with the soft option on the top. Gives real support when sat up in bed.

Was looking for towels that were better at absorbing water and hater feeling like I’m drying myself with a wet towel once I got half way across my body and also wanted to get a thicker & softer towel. I did some reading up online across multiple sights and settled on these. Ordered a pair with the tumble dryer balls, I would say that I highly advise as soon as receiving them, if you want them to be ultra soft and fluffy (once you done you 1st wash) , ignore the instruction to line dry and rather tumble dry it with the balls, it’s fluffs it up and ensures it’s really soft. My first wash and dry I did was a line dry and I was quite disappointed with the rough texture, but my 2nd rotation I did the same with a partial dryer cycle as it started raining, and it made the world of difference.

My ear was getting squashed by my previous pillow and got really sore, but this pillow is so soft and supportive it's solving the problem :) thank you!

Went for the medium hard pillows and found them very comfortable and quite high to sleep on but still very soft - which we like

I like the quality and finish, comfort is good although for me, it's a little softer than I,d like and I would describe as a Medium only

bought an extremely underwhelming £110 ikea duvet - which I returned and splashed out on this.

I have not looked back once.

I ordered a soft/medium, but realised it was too soft for me when it arrived. This was exchanged for a firmer pillow with ease. Very comfy!

Towels are great - I will be replacing all my old towels!

I wanted bedding that was Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified and made in Europe. I also didn’t want to pay a ridiculous price. After a great deal of online research I found Scooms who ticked all the boxes. Their bedding is beautiful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The bedding washes and dries really well. I have aired dried and low heat tumbled dried and both methods still result in soft bedding. Love the fact that it doesn’t need ironing as I like the natural look of linen. Ordering and delivery is second to none. Ordered at midday arrived the following morning by DPD. Love it that much that I ordered a second set so I can do off one on!

Finally, a mattress protector that genuinely doesn't include any synthetics. It also properly covers the whole of the top of the mattress and leaves plenty of fabric to tuck underneath, even on a deep mattress. Thank you!

As my title says the quality is really really outstanding surpassed only by the Customer service thank you Emily, you get a fabulous personal service from this company. Once you place your order they email you with the Tracking number for the courier DPD who may I say we're exceptional with a 2hr window and live tracking.
